Webcast

Click on Create Meeting icon and in ‘Basic Info’ tab select Event Type as ‘Webcast meeting’ and fill in relevant info.

After Selected Role and Selected Users get Added then they will be display as below.

When we select User Role as a’ Guest’ then fill in relevant information and click on ‘Add Guest’ button.

After creation of Meeting will be display in notification bar and on calendar.

Click on that meeting notification on calendar will show you ‘Meeting Details’ and ‘User Details’ tab. where you can see meeting as well as user details. Now click on ‘Join’ button to join meeting

After clicking on join button, Join Now windows comes.

User can start webcast by clicking on Webcast icon

Before start webcast viewer's feed display like this

After start webcast owner's feed displayed on viewer's feed.

For screen-share , there is screen-share extension needed, first install this and then screen-share.

After Screen-share user can see viewer's window, there is owner's feed and screen-share displayed . Here viewer can make "focus on screen-share" and "focus on camera feed".

For Disconnect webcast owner can click on disconnect button

After Disconnecting webcast user will be on vc where there is not any webcast is started.

After disconnecting meeting user will be on calendar's page
